What seems to be missing is a single integrated customer identity number for all the different individual apps like Cliq , Big basket , Vistara , 1mg ,Taj inner circle ,etc. which should get auto migrated to the Neu app using the mob no in which the other apps are registered .
All the points lying in all the above various apps should get converted to Neu points and migrated to the Neu app

Very excited to use my favourite and India's brand. I went to the app. It's great. I love the UI too. There are some lag which I believe will improve with time. I think some more services will make the app more super by adding features like messaging, calling, standard newspaper, video lectures and classes, some news channels, Instagram like features too. I know it's too much to ask
. But I think it will promote more Atmanirbhar Bharat. Thanks in advance.
Honest feedback- The app looks flashy but it's a tad slow and we need to work on integration as well like the airlines or hotels. Today's world performance is the key along with simplicity. Though it's wonderful effort still a lot of work and testing is required as we get errors here n there. Long way to go if we looking to compete with Amazon n others.
Sorry folks, but the app just does not have the polish and finesse that is par for the course in today’s app landscape.
I read in the news that it has been tested internally by several thousand employees for many months. I can’t believe it passed these gates to be published. It’s not a bad app, per se, but the Neu pass page simply doesn’t load for me. Switch of pages is not buttery smooth, bookmarks won’t work, scrolling is jittery, pages don’t load at predictable speed, all of which betray a rushed release.
♦️DOWNLOAD (ANDROID) The front page is a bit overcrowded, which is quite understandable, given the whole kitchen sink has been thrown into the app. I realize that’s the idea behind Neu, but there could have been a better discovery mode and flow.

But still lots to go ahead to match the level of Flipkart/Amazon or even Tata click. Speed issues are there, navigation is cumbersome, search engine doesn't works properly and takes much time to respond. Still will keep using it as I want to see this app as number one in the world. It should and it will beat Amazon very soon. All the best to the team.
It's a Horrible experience. E.g while on payment page it started asking me to update my contact information and save it to move forward every single time. But the worst part is , even if you click on save , it will not save and keep on prompting to save before paying. Not sure if the app went through any regression testing.
