Requirments
• The call center supervisor should possibly have a degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Studies or similar related qualifications - preferably an MBA with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
• Prior call center experience in the FMCG industry
• Expertise in MS Office, problem solving, discussions, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills in English will be highly regarded.
• Ready to relocate anywhere within the UAE

A glimpse of your typical workday
> Responsible for effective Call Center team management in order to assist the delivery Service channel to achieve the volume & Revenue targets.
> Responsible for ensuring that the Call Center team is complete / adequate, competent and highly motivated and that relevant training programs are regularly conducted.
> Responsible for ensuring that each team member has KPIs and targets (monthly, weekly, daily); daily performance reviews / analysis for each KPI; and production and submission of the Daily KPI report.
> Responsible for achievement of Call Center targets through ensuring that each member achieves her KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly).
> Responsible for ensuring that both inbound and outbound processes are being done effectively and efficiently.
> Responsible for regularly reviewing the effectiveness of outbound and inbound strategies / initiatives and taking necessary corrective actions to improve on efficiencies.
> Responsible for ensuring that all booked orders get communicated to the delivery team and their routes.
> Responsible for setting up proper processes & procedures and ensuring that team is implementing them.
> Responsible for regularly reviewing these procedures for call center and taking necessary corrective actions without delay.
> Responsible for attending to all customer problems / issues without delay.
> Responsible for the creation of new customers, maintaining current and new customer bases and customer satisfaction.
> Responsible for solving all problems that Call Center team members face and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure the problems are solved without delay.
> Responsible for performing any other duties assigned by superiors / senior management.
What will make you stand out
Graduate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Studies or such related qualification – preferably with an MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
Work experience in the FMCG industry
• Very strong customer service background – a pre requisite
Call center experience – a must have
• Proven ability & experience in all aspects of team management – ability to manage the work of others
• Ability to foster teamwork and enlist support & participation of team – having very strong leadership skills
• Proven ability & experience in all aspects of planning and execution of call center strategy
• Must be having extensive experience with support and call center tools including phone systems, CRM or call logging
• Must be having good knowledge about customer satisfaction; excellent telephonic skills; Customer focus & service; Process Improvement;
