THE Wayanad peway, a joint initiative of the Wayanad Cham ber of Commerce Infrastructure Company (WCCIC) and the Tourism Department connecting Adivaram in Kozhikode with Lakkidy in Wayanad, is now a step closer to reality as the preliminary survey for the project has been completed An officer with the Tourism Department said the three-km and Wayanad via the Wayanad is one of the dream projects of the department. The feasibility study of the R50 crore project has been done. The WCCIC formed for the project's implementation, is expected to submit detailed project report (DPR) next month, the officer said.
