Key Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions using accounting software like Tally
Prepare quotations, invoices, and receipts accurately

Communicate with clients and suppliers as needed
Support management by preparing reports and required documents
Role Summary: Accountant – Accounts Receivable
The selected candidate will oversee trade-related accounting activities, including reconciliations, rebate tracking, and accurate financial postings. The role involves working closely with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure efficient receivables management and compliance with financial regulations in the UAE.
Core Duties
Manage trade spend accounting and ensure proper recording
Perform reconciliation of payments with suppliers and principals
Administer rebate systems and related entries
Record debit notes in SAP and maintain supporting records
Submit and follow up on supplier claims
Post monthly expenses in line with accounting standards
Ensure VAT compliance and accurate filing
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
Hands-on experience with VAT filing, FTA portal, and tax compliance
Familiarity with UAE financial laws and VAT regulations
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in FMCG trade accounting is an advantage
Additional Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation
Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools
Ability to manage customer communication professionally
Experience in payment collection and reporting
Language skills: English and Hindi required; Arabic is a plus
Tax Knowledge (Mandatory)
Understanding of VAT registration and filing procedures in the UAE
Knowledge of Corporate Tax registration and compliance
