🔴Electrician
A glimpse of your typical workday
🔸Carryout the installation, trouble shooting and repair of electrical equipment and systems as assigned in order to keep the equipment in good condition
🔸Maintain the power system including transformers and generators to ensure the uninterrupted availability of power all the time to keep the factory running.
🔸Coordinate the maintenance staff and contractors to ensure the electrical equipment is maintained in good working order.

Fleet manager is in charge of assuring that we deliver our product to customers and consumers at the most cost efficient way utilizing our fleet but it keeps the product delivered in high quality , and customers served on time he will play an integral role in the hiring, training, and ongoing development of fleet maintenance technicians to ensure that our highly skilled workforce is able to meet the whole supply chains’ expectations.
A glimpse of your typical workday
🔸Set annual operating plan and budget for UAE and Oman
🔸Set strategic development and capacity plans of UAE and Oman fleet covering 5, and 7 years ahead.
🔸Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair for trucks, forklifts, power pallet pickers and trailers.
🔸Prioritize and assign work to meet sales and logistics needs
🔸Assure that sales received orders planned to deliver the shortest, safest and most cost efficient way.
🔸Assure that Last Mile Routing Planning and Integrated Vehicle Management System are synchronised and providing accurate data and maps up-to-date.
🔸Continuously work with IT department on upgrading and automating entire fleet management system ( routing and fleet maintenance management systems)
🔸Report daily, weekly, monthly and annually total fleet performance
🔸Design and manage annual maintenance contracts in a way guarantees company utmost benefits
🔸Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company’s assets
🔸Conduct regular field visits to all companies sites inside and outside UAE
🔸Control repair, inventory, and labour costs
🔸Coach and mentor technicians

What will make you stand out
🔸10 years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred, with at least 4 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.

To manage raw materials requirement, manufacturing and deployment planning based on provided updated sales forecast using latest possible technology and AI planning tools taking into consideration all constraints and aspects of E2E supply chain so product delivered at lowest cost to the right in right quantity at right time.
A glimpse of your typical workday
🔸Review manufacturing, warehousing and logistics capacities over the period of 18 months, 5 years and 10 years , analyze buffer, shortage and constraints , and share analysis with concerned parties and through S&OP forums
🔸Review FG days-of-supply report daily.
🔸Revise and Approve daily-amended production schedule.
🔸Coordinate FG movements between warehouses as per sales plans in each area daily and ensure no out of stock occurs.
🔸Ensure that deployment takes place according to the freshness report to help FG WH implementing FIFO/FEFO system.
🔸Keep monitoring freight and shipping cost and assure it does not exceed the planned annual budget through creating sufficient tracking tools on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
🔸Supervise preparing weekly production schedule in coordination with sales, warehousing and logistics, and production based on weekly sales forecast/average daily actual sales
🔸Follow up productivity initiatives related to RM, update information on weekly bases, and communicate it to all related parties.
🔸Prepare and analyze weekly KPIs along with his/her team, and share the result with all related parties on time regularly , and present it in weekly SIP meeting.
🔸Assure uploading the forecast on SCP to generate Monthly/weekly production schedule and deployment plan.
🔸Manage the weekly SIP meeting.
🔸Prepare FG import/Export plans based on availability, forecast, and lead-time and track related logistics.
🔸Prepare shipping transportation accrual monthly.
🔸Monitor all logistics related to raw materials ordering, dispatching and receiving.
🔸Manage the planning of raw materials and assure that only needed quantities are available all the time.
🔸Ensure Best Practicable technology implemented and maintained in use.
🔸Ensure that all processes complied with internal regulations, SOPs and global standards, and pass internal and external audit testing.
🔸Ensure that all deployment operations done according to PI GMP and quality requirements
🔸Create a cherishing work environment and support all initiatives aiming to develop the work Environment.
🔸Assure safe working environment and immediately fix any violation to safety regulations.
🔸Provide the proper training, guidance and couching to the employees.
🔸Set with his/her team their annual objectives and discuss results every 3 months.
