Provide quality customer service and demonstrate knowledge of coffee and tea products and equipment.
Principal Accountabilities – A :
Principal Accountabilities:
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Making a difference to our customers by educating them about our premium coffees and other McCafe products.
• Greets all customers. Provides fast, friendly service and develops a relationship with our customers by learning their favourite drinks and food items.
• Handle coffee preparation and assists customers with the selections of various coffee blends, teas, hot and cold beverages, smoothies, and bakery items.
• Effectively handle and reports all customer complaints, suggestions, special requests or ideas to manager on duty.
Regularly check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Regularly check the temperature of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to be as per the standards to maintain highest served quality and consistent products standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitisation of the work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure that McCafe stations are stocked with the necessary serving materials like paper products or beverage preparation items.

To contribute to the company’s MDS(McDonald’s delivery system) success through professional driving experience, bike maintenance expertise, high level of customer focused and strong familiarity of local routes.

Principal Accountabilities – A :
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure that ordered food products are properly loaded and secured inside the delivery bike.
• Ascertain that condiments such as dips, sauces, straws and napkins are added to the orders.
• Deliver food orders to residential and office premises by using the best possible route to deliver the orders in a timely and safe manner.
• Ensure that both general and preventative maintenance measures are performed on the vehicle on a regular basis.
• Make sure that country traffic laws are adhered in order to avoid possible accidents and fines which you will shoulder if committed by you.
